1. Digital Product Refunds: We offer a 3-day refund policy for digital product purchases if the download links for the files you purchased are missing or broken. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of your purchase, and we will promptly verify the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The product was downloaded successfully.
  • You simply change your mind after purchase.
  • The issue arises after 3 days from the purchase date.

2. Services and Custom Orders There are no refunds for services, including custom PLR product creation, once the order is confirmed. All services are provided on a non-refundable basis. We encourage you to carefully review the service details before placing an order.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services, including but not limited to custom PLR creation, and any other non-digital products.
  • Any products that have been downloaded or accessed.
